New Project Life 'Fitness' journaling cards!

Hello all!

I'm starting a Transformation Challenge next week so I thought it would be fun to do a little mini album of my progress. I made these project life-type cards to record my thoughts, workouts and progress each week. Then I thought maybe someone else might benefit from them too!

Hopefully you can find use for them! For those who don't know what Project Life is, it is a unique perspective on creating your family memories! Check out Becky Higgins website for more info.

If you can use them, feel free to download HERE!
They are in .jpg and PNG format. Enjoy!

Here's a sample page of what I'm going to do each week. I may sub the 'crave' one in once in a while! LOL...

(patterned paper - Everyday - Robyn Meierotto; solid paper - Blue Notions - Jen Allyson; Project Life templates by Becky Higgins)

I also have a previous set called "Let's Talk" from last month too. Click HERE for those.

Project Life Week 5 - 10!

Still going strong on the Project Life! I am really loving this... I find it so much fun to sit and reflect on the week. Not to mention I'm obsessed with finding PL type products for my albums! There are so many great ones out there - I find most of mine on DHD, Jessica Sprague and even Pinterest!

So here's my week 5-10 pages! If you'd like to see the original 4 weeks and inside title page go back to January's blog HERE.

And if you are a project-lifer like me then I have a freebie card set too if you'd like. :) Get em' HERE.

You'll find credits for all these layouts in my DHD Gallery!
